What is Physical Fitness?
One-on-One Fitness Sessions are Available By Appointment
Martial Art and Physical Fitness go hand-in-hand.
With 20 plus years of training as martial artist, I understand the importance of physical fitness as a leading component of any training regimen.
Through the years I have trained with great martial artists who took their training very seriously. On the flip-side, I have also trained with people who firmly believe that their training ended once they stepped off the mat, out of the dojo. They had okay technique, but were very limited in their stamina, strength, and overall fitness conditioning.
I have even met martial art instructors who did not take care of their health, well-being or lifestyles; people who expected you to look up to them as leaders, but failed to deliver on their responsibilities as instructors and role-models.
This is where I deliver my commitment to YOU.
I understand that being physically fit develops readiness in any situation that you find yourself in. To be ready and energized to handle yourself under stressful conditions is probably one of the main reasons you want to train in the martial arts in the first place. I have made a life-time commitment to honor this aspect of training and offer this training to my students.
