To Beginners: Please do not feel intimidated by starting a new activity such as Aikido. My priority is to help you along this path as it is very rewarding and offers so many health benefits.

The first few classes may seem odd as you are learning new body movements and you may not feel coordinated at first. It is also quite a challenge having to work with a partner you are unfamiliar with, as opposed to an activity such as Yoga, where the activity is solitary.
