Class Schedule & Rates:
Friday Evenings:: 6:00pm – 7:35pm
Saturdays :: 3:15pm – 4:45pm

You may also want to bring: bottled water and a small towel.
Please:
Do not eat 1-hour prior to training.
Arrive on-time, no later than 15 minutes after class starts.
Be respectful of the training space.
Do not use profanity, do not engage in idle talk during class.
Be respectful to your training partners. Practice with kindness.
You will develop technical skills along with a greater sense of awareness of the self and your environment. You will also develop physical fitness and a greater sense of wellness.
It is important to remember to treat your training partner with respect and kindness. The purpose is to learn from one-another, not to fight or compete with your partner.
Closing Meditation :: 10 minutes: The closing meditation is focused on calming the mind and body and developing centeredness.
The training I offer compliments all styles of martial arts and will rejuvenate your body, mind and spirit.
You will develop your warrior self.
